【Announcement】National Taiwan University of Science and Technology Graduate Institute of Digital Learning and Education Announcement for “Student Academic Paper Publication Award” Application
To encourage students of the Institute to actively engage in research related to digital learning and education, and to publish their research results in high-quality academic journals both domestically and internationally, thereby enhancing academic capacity and international visibility, the Institute hereby announces the application guidelines for this year’s GIDLE Student Academic Paper Publication Award, in accordance with the Regulations for Student Academic Paper Publication Awards.
I. Eligibility
- Applicants must be current students of the Institute, and the paper must list “Graduate Institute of Digital Learning and Education, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology” as the affiliation.
- The applicant must be one of the top three authors or the corresponding author of the paper.
- The paper must have undergone anonymous peer review and be accompanied by proof of acceptance or publication.
- Eligible papers are those published within the past three years, including the current year.
II. Award Criteria
Award points are determined according to the journal category as follows:

※ Applicants who are the first author or corresponding author will receive 100% of the points;
the second author will receive 60%; the third author, 30%.
※ Each paper may be applied for only once and cannot be submitted repeatedly.
III. Award Amount
Each award point is equivalent to NT$800.
(Example: A first author of an Excellent Journal paper may receive 30 points × NT$800 = NT$24,000.)
IV. Application Procedure
- Applicants must submit the required documents to the Institute Office by Friday, December 19, 2025. (Both paper and electronic copies are required)

- Notification of acceptance of the paper or the first page of the published paper

V. Review and Announcement
Applications will be reviewed in accordance with the relevant regulations.
The review results and list of award recipients will be announced on the Institute website and office bulletin board.
