Signature & Submission |
Pass the review could get the Internet Authorization Form. The form must be signed by Author & Advisor. 1 year and above on-campus open require stated reason, and Dean of Department、 Department Office signature or seal. |
Application Form and supporting documents must be submitted together with the paper thesis/dissertation to the Department and NTUST Library. |
