Step 1. Thesis Proposal Initial Draft Approval
After completing the initial draft of your thesis proposal (the first three chapters), you must have the content approved by your advisor before proceeding to the next step.
Step 2. Confirm Oral Defense Date and Time
You are responsible for contacting your oral defense committee members directly to schedule the date and time of the defense.
[Regarding Online Oral Defense] According to the principles set by the Office of Academic Affairs, all oral defenses must be conducted in person (physical attendance). If you have special circumstances requiring an application for an online oral defense, please contact the institute office first.
Step 3. Book the Oral Defense Room

Step 5. Send Your Thesis
You are responsible for preparing envelopes and other necessary materials to send the initial thesis draft to your committee members. You may also send it electronically.
Step 6. Arrange Parking for Committee Members [at least 1 week before the oral defense]

Step 8. Conduct the Oral Defense
You must complete the thesis proposal oral defense by the deadline established for the current semester.
Step 9. Submit Oral Defense Documents for Archiving [within 2 business days after the oral defense]
After the oral defense, please submit the following documents to the institute office within two business days:
