[Announcement] Starting from this semester, physical thesis embargo request forms will no longer be accepted. Please submit the computer-typed version online.

In response to the upgrade of the Master's and Doctoral Thesis System for the new semester, beginning on September 21, 2023, the NTUST Library will no longer accept the "old handwritten paper version of the thesis embargo request form." Please use the computer-typed version for online submission!

 Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation( print in duplicate)

 The NTUST Library no longer accepts handwritten application forms for previous editions. Embargo of NTUST Library and NCL Library printed copy & NCL Library the independent viewing equipment

The application form (Two original copies) must complete all required fields and attach (but not bind) within your paper thesis/ dissertation.(Don't insert to PDF)

Relevant Supporting Document (Two original copies) needs Author、Advisor、Dean of Department、Department Office signature.Please submit the copy of supporting documents alongside your application form and paper thesis/ dissertation to the Department and NTUST Library.
