Starting from this semester, the new version of the "Application for Delayed Publication of Print Thesis" allows graduates to apply online, with the system automatically populating the fields (a student ID barcode will appear in the upper right corner), eliminating the need for manual writing. Please note that the "Old Version Handwritten Application for Delayed Publication of Print Thesis" is no longer applicable as of September 21, 2023.

The current semester requires the "Application for Delayed Publication of Print Thesis" to be completed online and printed. (See example below)

Application for Embargo of the print copy of Thesis/Dissertation must be filled out online and printed, starting from this semester. For detailed instructions, refer to the link:

Start by logging into the system for the application of delaying the publication of the print thesis. Please use your student information system credentials to log in.

After logging in, follow the three steps to complete the online application form (print and submit two signed original copies).
