1. Background To enhance graduates' employability and academic competencies, the Graduate Institute of Digital Learning and Education at NTUST and the Department of Education at KU have implemented a Dual-Degree Program for Master’s and Doctoral courses.

2. Application Schedule
Spring Semester 2027 (March Admission):
September 9th: Please email your application materials to the institute secretary before 17:00 for preliminary review. Email: sandys0322001@mail.ntust.edu.tw.
October 1st: After passing the preliminary review, submit the materials to Korea University.
Mid to Late October: Document review, online interview, and admission decision.
Early November: Reporting to the department.

Fall Semester 2027 (September Admission):
April 1: Application deadline.
Mid to Late April: Document review, online interview, and admission decision.
Early May: Reporting to the department.

3. Requirements and Materials

1. Valid Degree Certificate: A bachelor's degree is required for a dual master's degree; a master's degree is required for a dual doctoral degree.
2. Letter of Recommendation: One letter of recommendation from a faculty member of your home university.
3. Official Transcript: Including GPA.
4. Statement of Purpose.
5. CV.
6. Proof of English Proficiency: A score on an internationally recognized test (such as TOEFL or TOEIC) that meets or exceeds KU's minimum score requirements.
7. Copy of Valid Passport (Photo Page).
8. Application Fee: No fee.

4. Additional Preparation Students are encouraged to contact KU faculty members who may serve as their academic advisers before applying. Applicants must select a preferred major from ten specific fields, such as Educational Technology and the Learning Sciences or Educational Psychology.
